北京市某高校规律运动大学生补液知识与态度调查 被引量:4

Survey on Fluid Replacement Knowledge and Attitudes in Physically Active Male College Students in Beijing

摘要 目的:了解我国高校规律运动大学生补液相关知识与态度情况,为开展相关科普宣教提供依据。方法:2019年4月在北京市某体育类高校规律运动大学生中采用单纯随机抽样的方法选取850名研究对象进行知识态度问卷调查,评价补液相关知识知晓率及相关态度持有率。计量资料如果服从正态分布,用均数和标准差表示。计数资料用人口百分比表示,不同类型调查对象之间使用卡方检验比较差异。结果:共收到有效问卷807份,有效率为95.8%。81.7%的调查对象知晓正确的补液方式,18.2%知晓正确的日补液量,82.5%的调查对象认为最适合日常饮用的饮品是白水,30.4%的调查对象知道科学补液对于提高运动成绩具有积极作用。补液与中风、高血压、冠心病、头痛、后背痛、肾结石、便秘、皮肤干燥相关的知晓率分别为5.2%、14.6%、7.8%、15.7%、8.3%、45.8%、69.9%和79.1%。34.2%的调查对象认可补液对于健康的重要性。81.2%的调查对象愿意为健康改变补液行为。82%的调查对象愿意为改善自己的运动成绩/表现去改变自己的补液行为。41.5%的调查对象表示对于补液知识感兴趣。结论:北京市某高校规律运动大学生关于补液方式与饮品选择相关知识知晓率较高,多数调查对象愿意改变补液行为,但关于补液量以及补液对提高成绩的作用的知晓率不高,需要加强相关知识宣教。 Purpose To better understand the rehydration knowledge and attitudes of physically active male college students in Beijing in order to provide evidence for health education and promotion.Methods We selected 850 college students in Beijing to participate in this questionnaire survey. Quantitative data with normal distribution were presented using mean and standard deviation. The counting data were expressed as a percentage of the population,and chi-square test was used to compare the differences between different types of survey groups. Results We received 842 questionnaires and 807 of them were valid. The effective rate was 95.8%. The awareness rate for appropriate way of fluid replacement(small,regular doses) was 81.7%,and for appropriate drinking volume was only 18%. 82.5% of the respondents understood that boiled water or bottled water was the most suitable choice for daily fluid consumption,and 30.4% subjects knew that scientific replacement of body fluid had positive effects on exercise performance. The awareness rates of drinking water related to diseases(stroke,hypertension,coronary heart disease,headache,back pain,kidney stones,constipation and dry skin) were5.2%,14.6%,7.8%,15.7%,8.3%,45.8%,69.9% and 79.1%,respectively. 34.2% subjects agreed on the importance of drinking water for health. Subjects were willing to change their drinking behavior for better health and better athletic performance were 81.2% and 82.0%,respectively. 41.5% subjects expressed their interest in learning fluid replacement knowledge. Conclusions The knowledge on type of fluid replacement and selection of beverage is comparatively high in physically active students,and most of them are willing to change their drinking behavior. However,their understanding on the appropriate volume needed for fluid replacement and its effectiveness for exercise performance are relatively low. Therefore it seems important to promote scientific education on hydration and health in physically active college students.
