驻疆某部战士高温环境下军事训练补液情况调查

摘要 水是参与人体新陈代谢的重要物质之一,占成人体重的60%~70%[1]。人体运动时新陈代谢是静止时的5~15倍,出汗会加快体内水分丢失,高温环境中运动易发生严重脱水,可引发热射病危及生命[2]。驻疆部队夏季军事训练长时间暴露于高温环境中,训练强度大,脱水风险高,科学补液尤为重要[3]。
