摘要
本研究选取武汉市某高校2022年新生入学体检结果资料,对其进行统计学分析。通过分析不同体检项目的异常检出率,并对比不同性别新生的各项体检结果,研究显示,2022年新入学的6 037名学生中,体检的总体异常检出率为95.5%,视力、BMI、血压、贫血以及转氨酶的异常检出率分别为91.6%、41.8%、1.7%、5.5%及10.6%。不同体型男女新生的血压和贫血异常率有所不同。体型胖的男生高血压检出率高于女生,低血压的男女生检出率无较大差异;体型偏瘦的新生贫血检出率最高,而女生的贫血检出率远高于男生。不同性别新生体检BMI、血压、贫血和转氨酶异常检出率均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。该校新生体检异常检出率较高,且部分项目的男女生异常情况差异较大,视力不良情况严重。针对此现状,学校需重点开展多种健康宣教和干预工作,提高高校学生的健康素养和状况。
In this study,the data of admission physical examination results of freshmen in 2022 from an university in Wuhan were selected for statistical analysis.By analyzing the abnormal detection rates of different physical examination items and comparing the physical examination results of freshmen of different genders,the study showed that among the 6037 newly enrolled students in 2022,the overall abnormal detection rate of physical examination is 95.5%,and the abnormal detection rates of vision,BMI,blood pressure,anemia and aminotransferase are 91.6%,41.8%,1.7%,5.5%and 10.6%,respectively.The abnormal rates of blood pressure and anemia were different among males and females with different body types.The prevalence of hypertension in male students was higher than that in female students,but there was no significant difference between male and female students with low blood pressure.The anemia detection rate was the highest in newborns with thin body type,and the anemia detection rate of girls was much higher than that of boys.The detection rates of BMI,blood pressure,anemia and aminotransferase abnormalities were statistically significant(P<0.05).The abnormal detection rate of the new students in the school is high,and the abnormal situation of male and female students in some projects was quite different,and the poor vision was serious.In view of this situation,schools need to focus on a variety of health education and intervention work to improve the health literacy and status of college students.
