摘要
针对工业机器人绘图工作站现场编程绘图过程中示教点过多造成的耗时过长和示教精度不足的问题,提出了一种利用离线编程软件RobotStudio完成图形轨迹编程和调试的方案。利用RobotStudio软件将三维模型导入进行机器人工作站的布局,完成图形轨迹的创建、轨迹程序的上传以及程序调试,并现场编程示教机器人动作关键点,最终完成机器人绘图。实验表明,该方案可有效缩短绘图编程调试时间,提高绘图的精确性。
Aiming at the problem of too long time-consuming and insufficient teaching accuracy caused by too many teaching points in the field programming drawing process of the industrial robot drawing workstation,a scheme of using offline programming software RobotStudio to complete the graphic trajectory programming and debugging is proposed.The RobotStudio software is used to import the three-dimensional model into the layout of the robot workstation,and complete the creation of graphic trajectories,upload of trajectory programs and program debugging,on-site programming to teach the key points of robot actions,and finally complete robot drawing.Experiments show that this scheme can effectively shorten the debugging time of drawing programming and improve the accuracy of drawing.
