摘要
青光眼是全球首位的不可逆性致盲眼病。我国青光眼患者众多,病情复杂,是重要的公共卫生问题。目前我国青光眼医生存在巨大缺口。青光眼专业型硕士研究生是未来我国青光眼临床诊疗和防盲治盲的主要力量,直接决定青光眼临床诊疗的质量和水平。但眼科学在医学本科教育阶段通常作为选修课程,硕士研究生入学时的青光眼等眼科学理论和实践基础都相对薄弱,甚至完全缺乏。如何在十分有限的理论教学安排时间内迅速提升研究生的理论知识储备并建立活跃而严谨的临床科研思维,同时开展规范的、高质量的临床实践技能培训是青光眼专业型硕士研究生教育的重大挑战。本文主要针对我国青光眼专业型硕士研究生培养的现状、原因以及可能的解决途径进行分析和探索,旨在为进一步规范青光眼专业研究生培养、提高教育质量提供思路。
Glaucoma is the first leading cause of irreversible blilndness globally and in China.Large population are affected and mechanism of this disease is very complicated.Currently,a huge gap exists between health care requirement and number of specialized glaucoma doctors.Postgraduate students majored in glaucoma will undertake the responsibility of glaucoma treatment and blindness prevention in the future.Ability of this young generation directly determine the quality of glaucoma clinical practice.Ophthalmology is usually taken as an elective course in the undergraduate education.Both theoretical and practical training of glaucoma in these postgraduate students are very weak,or even completely lacking.How to quickly improve the theoretical knowledge reserve and the ability of clinical research within a very limited duration,and to provide a standard and high quality clinical practice training,are big challenges for the postgraduate student education for glaucoma.In this article,we analyzed and investigated the current situation,reasons and possible ways of cultivating clinical postgraduate students majored in glaucoma in China.
