摘要
近年来，北京大学第四临床医学院即北京积水潭医院在住院医师规范化培训中，不断探索培训方法，加强质量管理，将岗前教育、专题讲座、技能培训等项工作规范化，使培训工作不走过场。通过培训，住院医师阶段考试通过率及其临床业务水平均得到了提高。
Great efforts were paid to strengthen training and enhance professional proficiency of the residents. Standardized management of pre-job education, public lectures and skill training contribute to the elevated pass rate of phase test and improved professional ability. Comprehensive quality control is the core of residents training.
