摘要
作为一种新型传播方式,档案信息轻量化传播对传播者、传播媒介、传播内容与传播效果都提出了更高的要求,要求其提升自身素质,更加注重轻量化的表达与交互。据此,档案人应当有针对性地生产出更具可读性的信息,熟练运用新型传播媒介,选取综合性、交互性的档案素材,生产出篇幅精简、时长较短、语态亲和、叙述生动的档案信息,最终构建出科学的传播效果指标评价体系,为提升档案信息传播效果提供借鉴。
As a new mode of communication,the light dissemination of archival information puts forward higher requirements for communicators, media,communication content and communication effect, which requires them to improve their own quality and pay more attention to lightweight expression and interaction.Therefore,the archivists should output more readable information,use new medias expertly,select comprehensive and interactive archive materials,produce archival information that is streamlined,shorter in length,intelligible,and vividly narrated.Finally,construct a scientific evaluation system of communication effect.Which can provide reference for improving the effect of archival information dissemination.
