和田地区适宜机械化移栽的辣椒穴盘苗研究 被引量:3

Study on the pot seedling of Capsicum suitable for mechanized transplanting in Hotan area

摘要 为了找出在和田地区适宜使用移栽机作业的辣椒穴盘苗,对和田地区穴盘苗的力学特性开展试验研究。根据Box-Behnken中心组合设计原理,将不同的穴盘尺寸(基质上底面边长)、苗龄结合和田地区特有的基质块成分配比作为影响因子,设计基质抗压强度与基质摩擦特性的响应面试验,利用试验结果建立数学模型并对结论进行验证,得出穴盘苗培养的最佳方案:苗龄为50 d、穴盘尺寸为40 mm(72穴)、基质中沙子∶草炭∶棉秸秆=2∶3∶3。对最佳方案下的穴盘苗进行摔落试验与拔取试验,结果表明:含水量越高,基质损失率越高,且穴盘苗的摔落高度应控制在30 cm以内;采取直接拔取茎秆的方式将穴盘苗取出是可行的。 In order to find out the Capsicum Pot seedling suitable for mechanical transplanting in Hotan area,the mechanical properties of the seedlings were studied.According to the box-Behnken center combination design principle,the response surface test of matrix compressive strength and friction characteristics was designed,the influence factors were the size of the tray(the upper surface side of the bowl seedling is long),the age of the seedling and the specific soil proportion in Hotan area.Based on the results of the experiment,the mathematical model was established and the conclusion was verified,and the best scheme of the seedling culture was obtained.The seedling age was 50 days,the size of the hole disk was 40 mm(72 holes),the sand in the matrix∶peat∶cotton straw=2∶3∶3.The results of drop test and pull-out test show that the higher the water content is,the higher the loss rate of matrix is,and the drop height of the seedling should be controlled within 30 cm.It is feasible to clamp the stem when the seedling is taken out.
