摘要
本文就整个农业的人力资源管理问题进行了研究,提出了农业人力资源管理的问题所在:农业人才队伍建设落后;农业人才管理体系不完善。针对这些问题,提出了完善教育制度、完善人才管理体系的两大措施。最后提出了结合时代发展,实事求是,助力农业人力资源管理转型的期望。
This article has carried on the research on the whole agriculture human resource management question,proposed the agriculture human resource management question:the agriculture talented person troop construction is backward;The management system of agricultural talents is not perfect.In view of these problems,the author puts forward two measures to improve the education system and the talent management system.Finally,it puts forward the expectation of combining with the development of The Times,seeking truth from facts and facilitating the transformation of agricultural human resource management.
