摘要
在现代学徒制背景下,为了让企业课程更好地应用于学生在岗学习阶段,提高实习效率与技能水平,中职教育需要探索教材的新形式、新类型.本文以黄埔职业技术学校与某电信企业合作开发电子商务专业的结构化在岗带教手册为例,从教材的开发原则与依据、开发流程、教学评价这三个方面详细阐述结构化在岗带教手册的开发整体思路与具体过程,并阐明了手册类教材开发的积极意义及其主要特点.本研究为学徒在岗学习中的手册类企业课程教材的开发作了有益探索,可为学徒制下企业课程的教材开发提供借鉴与参考.
Under the background of modern apprenticeship system,in order to make enterprise courses better applied to students’ on-the-job learning and improve their practice efficiency and skill levels,secondary vocational education needs to develop new forms and types of textbooks.Based on the structured In-service Teaching and Learning Manual developed by Huangpu vocational and technical school and a telecommunication company for the e-commerce major,this study reveals the process,the three principles of and the basis of developing the teaching material,and its teaching application.It also shows the significance and main characteristics of developing the teaching material of manual type.This study serves as a meaningful exploration for the development of enterprise curriculum textbooks of manual type in apprenticeship learning,and can provide reference for the development of enterprise curriculum textbooks under the apprenticeship system.
