摘要
随着全球气候变暖,温室效应加剧以及生产高度集约化,环境温度升高引起的公猪热应激,对生猪产业造成了不利的影响。鉴于此,文章综述了热应激对种公猪繁殖性能的影响,主要表现为种公猪性欲下降和精液品质降低(精液体积减少、精子形态变化、精子活力降低和畸形率增加),并进一步探讨了热应激影响种公猪繁殖性能的相关生理机制,详述了睾丸支持细胞紧密连接结构、AMPK信号通路、生殖激素分泌和细胞凋亡等生理调控机制,以期为缓减并消除热应激造成的不良影响提供科学理论支持。
With the global warming,increased greenhouse effect and the highly centralized production,the heat stress(HS)caused by high ambient temperature has a negative impact on pig production and reproduction.Many studies have reported heat stress resulted in decreasing sexual desire and bringing down semen quality,such as the reduction of semen volume and sperm motility,morphological changes of sperm and increased rate of abnormal sperm.Four physiological mechanisms were found to be involved in relative regular process,which were the tight junction formed by sertoli cell,AMPK signaling pathway,reproductive hormone secretion and cell apoptosis.These results are valuable to contribute to study how to reduce or eliminate the bad impacts of heat stress in practice.
