疫情期间我国中小学教师在线教学:现状、问题及策略——基于全国7111位中小学教师在线问卷调查的数据 被引量:25

摘要 对疫情期间全国7111位中小学教师进行在线问卷调查,结果显示:国家和省级在线教育资源和平台在疫情期间起主导作用,但现有教育资源难以满足疫情期间的现实需要;在线教学模式虽多种多样,但中小学教师参与在线教研严重不足;开展了在线教学评价活动,但评价方式和教师参与率不容乐观;在线教学取得了明显效果,但面临的问题和困难不容忽视。为此,应采取重视在线教育资源建设、采用多种在线教学评价方式、建立在线教学激励和补偿机制等应对策略。 An online questionnaire survey was conducted on 7111 primary and secondary school teachers nationwide during the COVID-19 epidemic.The results show that national and provincial online education resources and platforms play a leading role,but the existing resources are difficult to meet the actual needs during the COVID-19 epidemic.Online teaching modes are diverse,but the participation of primary and secondary school teachers in online educational research is seriously insufficient.Online teaching evaluation activities have been carried out,but the evaluation method and teacher participation rate are not optimistic.Online teaching has achieved obvious results,but the problems and difficulties should not be ignored.To this end,this paper puts forward some countermeasures,such as attaching importance to the construction of online education resources,adopting multiple online teaching evaluation methods,and establishing online teaching incentive and compensation mechanisms.
