摘要
目的:探讨“3+1”联合以病例为基础的教学法(case-based learning,CBL)在儿科学线上教学中的应用效果。方法:将临床医学专业4个班的学生随机分组,对照组2个班(n=55)采用传统讲授教学,试验组2个班(n=51)采用“3+1”联合CBL教学,均以线上授课。课程结束后,进行基础理论和病例分析考核,对试验组学生进行教学满意度调查。结果:试验组学生的基础理论成绩、病例分析成绩、总成绩均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组学生普遍对“3+1”联合CBL教学法十分满意,希望继续应用。结论:“3+1”联合CBL教学法适合于线上教学环境下的儿科学教学,值得推广。
Objective:To explore the application effect of the 3+1 combined with case-based learning(CBL)teaching method in online pediatric teaching.Methods:Students from four classes of the clinical medicine major were randomly divided into experimental groups and control groups.The experimental groups(n=55)received traditional lecture-based teaching,while the control groups(n=51)received the 3+1 combined with CBL teaching method,both conducted online.After the course,basic theory and case analysis assessments were conducted,and a teaching satisfaction survey was carried out for the experimental group.Results:The experimental group achieved significantly higher scores in basic theory,case analysis,and overall performance compared to the control group(p<0.05).The students in the experimental group were generally satisfied with the 3+1 combined with CBL teaching method and expressed a desire for its continued use.Conclusion:The 3+1 combined with CBL teaching method is suitable for online pediatric teaching and deserves promotion.
