摘要
目的探析TBL结合PBL在呼吸内科临床见习中的开展效果及价值。方法选取2018年8月—2019年8月在医院呼吸内科实习的106名学生,通过随机数字表法将其分为两组,试验组(n=53)予以TBL结合PBL带教方法,参照组(n=53)予以传统教学法,对比二组学生的考核成绩、满意度评分以及实习期的各项表现。结果试验组学生的考核成绩、满意度评分均高于参照组,试验组学生的自主学习能力、协作沟通能力、分析解决问题能力、理论结合实践能力得分均优于参照组(P <0.05)。结论将TBL与PBL教学法相结合应用于呼吸内科的临床带教中,能够帮助学生更好的掌握临床知识,可提升其各项学习能力,学生对此种教学模式有着极高的满意度。
Objective To study the effect and value of TBL combined with PBL in the clinical study of respiratory internal medicine. Methods From August 2018 to August 2019,106 students in the respiratory department of our hospital are divided into two groups. The experimental group(n=53) is used to combine the TBL and PBL with the teaching method. The reference group(n=53) applies the traditional teaching method to the group(n=53). Results The scores of the students in the experimental group and the satisfaction scores are higher than those of the reference group and the experimental group. The ability of communication, the ability to analyze the problem and the ability to combine the theory with the practice ability were better than that of the reference group(P<0.05). Conclusion The combination of TBL and PBL teaching method in the clinical teaching of respiratory medicine can help the students to master the clinical knowledge and improve their learning ability.
