学生主导型病例讨论带教模式培养实习生临床综合能力研究 被引量:19

摘要 目的:探讨提高临床医学本科实习生临床综合能力的实习带教模式。方法:选择进入皖南医学院弋矶山医院实习的2010级五年制临床医学本科学生60名为研究对象,随机分为对照组与试验组,每组学生各30名。对照组采用教师主导型病例讨论模式,试验组采用学生主导型病例讨论模式。实习结束后比较两组实习学生的出科考核成绩、并采用问卷调查的方式评价不同带教模式的带教效果,观察医疗差错发生率。结果:两组学生理论考核成绩比较差异无统计学意义;但综合能力对比分析,试验组学生成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组学生医疗差错发生率比较,试验组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。问卷调查结果显示,试验组学生对实习效果的自我评价普遍高于对照组,在提高思维能力、学习兴趣、自学能力、知识理解能力、归纳总结能力方面比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:学生主导型病例讨论带教模式能更好的培养临床实习生综合能力。 Objective: To explore a appropriate teaching model for clinical medicine undergraduate interns to improve clinical comprehensive ability.Method: Sixty clinical medical undergraduate students of grade 2010 in Yijishan Hospital Affiliated by Wannan Medical College were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, 30 cases in each group.Control group adopted the model of teachers' leading ease discussions, the experimental group adopted the model of students leading case discussions.The evaluation scores and the questionnaire in dispute to evaluate different teaching mode and teaching effect of two groups were compared, then the incidence of medical errors were observed.Result: The result of theory assessment more similar between the two groups had no statistical significance ( P〉O.05 ) .But comprehensive ability contrast analysis, the experimental group students' test score was higher than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant ( P〈0.05 ). Two groups of medical error rate comparison, the experimental group was lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant ( P〈0.05 ) .The questionnaire survey showed that the effect of experimental group in improving thinking ability, learning interest and self-study ability, knowledge, understanding ability and ability to sum up were generally higher than those of control group, the differences were statistically significant (P〈0.05) .Conclusion: Students leading case discussion teaching mode can better to cultivate clinical interns comprehensive ability.
