摘要
PBL教学模式是以广大学生为中心,从教师和学生提出的问题出发,积极解决问题,突出学生在带教中显现的积极作用的新型教学模式。提高临床带教效果,意义重大。呼吸科实施PBL教学,首先是确定该院的带教内容均为大纲规定的呼吸科诸多易发性病症的致病因素、表现特征、起病机制、以及诊断和处置策略、病志填写、还有检查手段和管理患者措施。在基于PBL而实施的临床带教全程中,学生就能凭借"找出问题—自主学习—分组探讨—教师引导与归纳"的模式持续攻克带教中遇到的难题。呼吸科PBL教学的主要优势是可增强学生参与带教的兴趣和主动性,并能锻炼探索问题、处理问题的能力,教师在此全程具有引导和启迪的作用。PBL既能促进呼吸科临床带教获得更理想的考试结果,还能增强学生探索问题能力和参与带教的热情以及自主性。
The PBL teaching model is a new one that can give play to the active role of students in the teaching starting from the issues put forwards by teachers and students under the concept of student-oriented, and the significance of improving the clinical teaching effect is great. In the implementation course of PBL teaching in the department of respiration, the teaching content of the hospital is most pathogenic factors, manifestation features, onset mechanism, and diagnosis and treatment strategies, medical records filling and examination means, and measures of managing the patients, and in the clinical teaching course based on PBL, the students can continuously solve the difficult problems by the model of finding out problems-automatic learning-grouping discussion-guidance and summarization of teachers, and the major advantage of PBL teaching in the department of respiration is to enhance the interest in participating in the teaching, and train the abilities to explore issues and deal with the issues, and the teachers should play a role of guidance, and the PBL can promote the clinical teaching in the department of respiration to obtain an ideal examination result but also enhance the students' abilities to explore the issues and enthusiasm and initiative of participating in the teaching.
