摘要
目的探讨中国现有微信戒烟类小程序的应用现状及改进方法。方法采用搜索关键词的方法在微信中检索截止于2019年8月16日微信戒烟相关类小程序,统计分析其功能与作用。结果微信戒烟类小程序以计算器类和商城类小程序较为常见,70.59%的小程序为售卖戒烟相关产品的商场程序,其中以电子烟为主的小程序约占66.67%。结论目前微信戒烟小程序大多以营销戒烟产品为目的,缺乏科学性、指导性、互动性,甚至个别戒烟小程序存在误导性。建议以中国临床戒烟指南(2015版)为准则,开发更科学的微信戒烟小程序。
Objective Exploring the application status and improvement methods of China’s existing WeChat cessation-related small programs.Methods Using the method of searching keywords,Searching WeChat for the WeChat cessation-related small program as of August 16,2019,statistical analysis of its function and role.Result WeChat quit smoking applets are more common in calculators and malls,70.59%of the smoking cessation program is the shopping mall program for selling cessation-related products,Among them,e-cigarette-based small procedures accounted for about 66.67%.Conclusions At present,most WeChat cessation programs are aimed at marketing smoking cessation products(such as e-cigarettes and other smoking cessation products).Lack of scientificity,guidance,and interactivit,and even individual cessation procedures are misleading.It is recommended to use the Chinese Clinical Smoking Cessation Guide(2015 Edition)as a guideline to develop a more scientific quit WeChat smoking applet.
