摘要
目的本文通过搜集整理中医古籍中中药治疗肌萎缩侧索硬化相关痿证的方剂,探索中药治疗肌萎缩侧索硬化的用药规律,为临床处方提供理论依据。方法使用中华医典2.0软件,搜索关键词“痿”,依据纳入和排除标准筛选条文,统计描述用药的性味归经特点,使用聚类分析和因子分析研究用药的分布配伍规律。结果最终纳入303首方剂,涉及355味中药,药性以温、平、微温为主,药味以甘、苦、辛为主,归经以肝、脾、肾三经为主,最常用的药味是当归、茯苓和牛膝,总结出常用药对9个,主要功效为补气、阴阳并补和清热化湿。结论古代方剂中常用偏温性药物,以补益肝脾肾为主,兼以清热化湿、养血祛风的方法治疗肌萎缩侧索硬化。
Objective To collect and sort out the prescriptions on Chinese medicine treating amyotrophic lateral sclerosis related atrophy disease in ancient books in this paper.To explore the medication rules of Chinese medicine treating amyotrophic lateral sclerosis,so as to provide theoretical basis for clinical prescription.Methods The Chinese Medical Code 2.0 software was applied.The keyword‘Atrophy’was searched according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,the nature flavor and channel tropism characteristics of the Chinese medicines were statistically described,and the distribution and compatibility of the medications were studied by cluster analysis and factor analysis.Results 303 prescriptions were included,involving a total of 355 kinds of Chinese medicines.The properties of medicines were mainly warm,mild and slightly warm.The flavor of medicines were mainly sweet,bitter and pungent,and the main channel tropism were liver,spleen and kidney.The three most commonly used medicines were Radix Angelicae Sinensis,Poria and Radix Achyranthis Bidentatae.9 common couplet medicines were summarized,their main functions were invigorating qi,tonifying yin and yang,and clearing heat and dissipating dampness.Conclusion In ancient prescriptions,warm-natured medicines were commonly used,mainly for tonifying the liver,spleen and kidney,clearing heat and dissipating dampness,and nourishing blood and expelling wind,so as to treating amyotrophic lateral sclerosis.
