摘要
目的了解上海市黄浦区中学生电子烟使用情况及相关知识、态度、行为。方法采用多阶段分层整群抽样的方法,在上海市黄浦区的中学生中随机抽取579人进行问卷调查,问卷内容包括人口学特征、电子烟使用、电子烟相关知识、态度、行为等。结果调查对象中548人(94.6%)听说过电子烟,22人(3.8%)使用过电子烟,275人(47.5%)认为跟传统烟草相比电子烟危害较小,14人(2.4%)认为电子烟完全不会导致成瘾,120人(20.7%)认为电子烟有助于戒烟,13人(2.2%)认为自己未来12个月中可能会使用电子烟,170人(29.4%)在过去的30 d内曾看到过电子烟相关广告,广告途径包括电子烟体验店或电子烟零售店、商店、超市、便利店、杂货店、网站、网络社交媒体等。结论黄浦区中学生电子烟知晓率较高,受广告的影响较大,对电子烟的危害认识不足。电子烟使用率仍处于较低水平,但有快速增长的可能。
Objective To understand the status of electronic cigarette related knowledge,attitude,and practice among middle school students in Huangpu District,Shanghai.Methods By the method of multi-stage stratified cluster sampling,a questionnaire survey was conducted among 579 middle school students in Huangpu District,Shanghai.The questionnaire included demographic characteristics,electronic cigarette use,electronic cigarette related knowledge,attitudes,practice,etc.Results 548(94.6%)of the respondents had heard of electronic cigarette,22(3.8%)had used e-cigarettes,275(47.5%)thought that electronic cigarette were less harmful than traditional tobacco,14(2.4%)thought that electronic cigarette would not cause addiction at all,and 120(20.7%)thought that electronic cigarette would help quit smoking,13(2.2%)thought they might use electronic cigarette in the next 12 months,170(29.4%)had seen electronic cigarette related ads in the past 30 days,advertising channels included electronic cigarette experience stores or electronic cigarette retail stores,supermarkets,convenience stores,grocery stores,websites,online social media,etc.Conclusion The awareness rate of electronic cigarettes among middle school students in Huangpu District was relatively high,which was greatly affected by advertisements,and the awareness of the harm of electronic cigarette was insufficient.The electronic cigarette usage is still low currently,but it is likely to increase rapidly in future.
