摘要
临床研究有时或置"以患者为中心"于窘境,让受试者沦为"弱者"。研究者不经意间可能忽略或损害受试者的权益,从辐射暴露到信息资料泄露,以及成果发表。熟知并遵守《赫尔辛基宣言》,将极大地促进受试者权益保护和规范医疗的落实。
The patient-oriented conception may fall to run when the subjects enrolling the clinical trial,and they may become vulnerable.Inadvertently,the researchers may neglect or hurt the rights and interests of human subjects,including their personal information leakage,radiation exposure and publication.The sound understanding and abiding by the Declaration of Helsinki,will greatly promote human subjects health and rights as well as standardized medical care.
