摘要
Mini-卫生技术评估(HTA)是为提高医院精细化管理水平建立的以循证科学为基础的决策性工具体系,通过讨论Mini-HTA的概念以及与传统HTA的区别、Mini-HTA评估内容及国内外应用现状,分析国内医疗机构运用Mini-HTA的案例及参考维度,为医院后期开展Mini-HTA提供参考,有助于科学合理分配医疗资源。
Mini-Health Technology Assessment(HTA)is a decision-making tool system on the basis of evidencebased science,which can improve refined management level of hospital.This paper analyzed the cases and reference dimensions of using Mini-HTA of domestic medical institutions through introduced the concept of Mini-HTA and the difference between mini-HTA and conventional HTA,the assessment content of Mini-HTA,and the application status at home and abroad,so as to contribute to scientifically and reasonably distribute medical resource.
