摘要
目的观察优质护理在腹腔镜直肠癌根治术中的应用效果。方法选取我院收治的74例行腹腔镜直肠癌根治术的患者,分两组,各37例,对照组采用常规护理,实验组采用优质护理,比较两组的住院时间、胃肠功能恢复时间、下床活动时间、护理满意度,以及并发症发生率。结果实验组的下床活动时间(18.77±3.36)h、胃肠功能恢复时间(21.23±3.58)h、住院时间(13.71±2.1)d,远远短于对照组的(23.30±4.21)h、(29.81±4.47)h、(16.83±3.32)d(P<0.05)。实验组患者对护理的总满意度是97.30%(36/37),明显要比对照组的81.08%(30/37)高;且患者并发症的总发生率是2.70%(1/37),远远没有对照组的18.92%(7/37)高(P<0.05)。结论在腹腔镜直肠癌根治术中采取优质护理,临床应用效果显著,建议推广应用。
Objective To observe the effect of high-quality nursing in laparoscopic radical resection of rectal cancer.Methods 74 patients with laparoscopic radical resection of rectal cancer admitted to our hospital were selected and divided into two groups,37 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing and the experimental group received high-quality nursing.The hospitalization time,gastrointestinal function recovery time,ambulation time,nursing satisfaction and complication rate of the two groups were compared.Results The ambulation time(18.77±3.36)hours,gastrointestinal function recovery time(21.23±3.58)hours and hospitalization time(13.71±2.1)days in the experimental group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(23.30±4.21)hours,(29.81±4.47)hours and(16.83±3.32)days(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of the patients in the experimental group was97.30%(36/37),significantly higher than 81.08%(30/37)in the control group.The total incidence of complications in patients was 2.70%(1/37),which was much lower than that of the control group 18.92%(7/37)(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of high-quality nursing in laparoscopic radical resection of rectal cancer is effective,and it is recommended to promote its application.
