摘要
目的 :探讨优质护理在对接受腹腔镜直肠癌根治术的患者进行护理中的应用效果。方法 :将2017年4月至2017年7月期间在四川石油总医院进行腹腔镜直肠癌根治术的12例患者作为研究对象。将这12例患者随机平均分为对照组和观察组。对两组患者均进行腹腔镜直肠癌根治术。同时,对对照组患者进行常规护理,对观察组患者进行优质护理。然后,比较两组患者的各项手术指标、术后并发症的发生率及其对护理的满意率。结果:接受护理后,观察组患者术中的出血量少于对照组患者,其进行手术的用时和住院的时间均短于对照组患者,其对护理的总满意率高于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者术后并发症的发生率相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 :对接受腹腔镜直肠癌根治术的患者进行优质护理的效果显著,可明显减少其术中的出血量,缩短其治疗的时间,提高其对护理的满意率。
Objective： To observe application effect of process of high quality nursing for the patients accepted Laparoscopic resection of colorectal cancer. Methods： Select 12 patients accepted Laparoscopic resection of colorectal cancer in Sichuan Petroleum General Hospital from April 2015 to April 2017 for research object. Divided the patients to experimental group and control group, in operation process, the control group was treated with routine nursing, the experimental group was treated with high quality nursing, then compare surgery indexes, incidence of complications, and satisfaction rate of 2 groups. Results： After treatment, the bleeding volume of experimental group during operation process is less than that in control group, the operating time and length of stay of experimental group are shorter than that in control group, satisfaction rate of experimental group is lower than that in control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） .The difference of incidence of complications of 2 groups has no statistical significant （ P 〉 0.05 ） .Conclusion： The effect of process of high quality nursing for the patients accepted Laparoscopic resection of colorectal cancer is significant, it win decrease bleeding volume of patients in operation process, shorten treatment process and enhance satisfaction to nursing of patients.
