摘要
目的探讨腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术患者手术室护理中优质护理配合模式的临床应用效果。方法选择从2015年5月至2017年5月收治的100例腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术患者作为本次研究工作对象,按照随机数字表法进行分组,分为2组。对照组仅接受常规手术室护理,研究组则接受常规手术室护理联合优质护理配合模式。结果研究组术中出血量[(70.35±12.50)mL]少于对照组,手术时间[(305.20±34.70)min]、肠道功能恢复正常时间[(18.00±4.00)h]及住院时间[(9.20±2.50)d]短于对照组(P<0.05);研究组的并发症发生率(4.00%)低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组的护理满意度(98.00%)高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论给予腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术患者实施手术室护理中优质护理配合模式的应用效果确切。
Objective To explore the clinical application effect of high-quality nursing cooperation mode in operating room nursing of patients undergoing laparoscopic radical surgery for colorectal cancer.Methods 100 cases of laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer admitted from May 2015 to May 2017 were selected as the subjects of this study,and divided into two groups according to the random number table method.The control group only received conventional operating room nursing,the study group received conventional operating room nursing combined with high-quality nursing mode.Results The amount of bleeding[(70.35±12.50)mL]in the study group was less than that in the control group,the operation time[(305.20±34.70)min],the time of intestinal function recovery[(18.00±4.00)h]and the hospital stay[(9.20±2.50)d]were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group(4.00%)was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the study group(98.00%)was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic radical surgery for colorectal cancer patients in the operating room nursing with the application of high-quality nursing mode is effective.
