摘要
目的探讨胸腺五肽辅助治疗耐多药肺结核的临床效果及对免疫功能的影响。方法回顾性分析2017年1月3日至2019年1月3日我院收治的48例耐多药肺结核患者的临床资料,依据治疗方法将患者分为标准化疗方案治疗组和胸腺五肽辅助治疗组,每组24例。比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果胸腺五肽辅助治疗组的治疗总有效率为95.8%,高于标准化疗方案治疗组的79.2%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+均提高,且胸腺五肽辅助治疗组显著高于标准化疗方案治疗组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胸腺五肽辅助治疗耐多药肺结核病的效果显著,能够改善患者的免疫功能。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of thymopentin in the adjuvant treatment of multidrug resistant tuberculosis and its influence on immunologic function.Methods The clinical data of 48 patients with multidrug resistant tuberculosis admitted in our hospital from January 3,2017 to January 3,2019 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the treatment methods,the patients were divided into standard chemotherapy group and thymopentin assisted treatment group,with 24 patients in each group.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the thymopentin assisted treatment group was 95.8%,which was higher than 79.2%of the standard chemotherapy group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the CD3+,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+of the two groups increased,and those in the thymopentin assisted treatment group were significantly higher than the standard chemotherapy group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Thymopentin in the adjuvant treatment of multidrug resistance tuberculosis has a significant effect,it can improve the immune function of patients.
