摘要
结核病是全球重大公共卫生问题,严重危害人类的健康。耐药结核病更是导致全球结核病疫情严重的重要原因之一,给抗结核治疗带来了不小的困难。虽然有多种治疗方式,但化学治疗仍被认为是治疗耐药结核病的最重要手段。本文就国内外耐药结核病的流行现状及其治疗方式作一概要介绍,以期为临床优化与提高耐药结核病治疗效果提供参考。
Tuberculosis(TB)is one of the major global public health problems and can seriously endanger human health.Drug-resistant TB(DR-TB)is one of the important causes of the severe TB epidemic and brings great difficulties to antiTB treatment.Although there are several treatment options,chemotherapy is still considered to be the most important therapy for DR-TB.The prevalence of DR-TB at home and abroad and treatment options for DR-TB are briefly reviewed in this article so as to optimize and improve the treatment effect of DR-TB.
