摘要
为消纳配电网中接入的高渗透率分布式电源(Distributed Generation,DG),文中提出一种将智能软开关(Soft Open Point,SOP)和储能系统(Energy Storage System,ESS)联合的方法对有源配电网进行优化。分析了ESS和SOP的原理并对其进行建模;将ESS加入到SOP中的直流环节,建立SOP和ESS联合的有源配电网时序优化模型,由于该模型属于混合整数非线性优化问题,文中采用二阶锥规划算法对其进行求解;在改进的IEEE-33节点配电系统上,对文中提出的优化方法进行分析与验证,并进一步对联合的SOP与ESS在不同接入位置下的优化结果进行了对比。算例分析表明:采用文中所提出的方法有利于配电网高渗透率DG的消纳,并能够起到改善系统电压水平和降低系统损耗的作用,很好地提高了配电网运行的可靠性和经济性。
In order to absorb the high-permeability distributed generation(DG)connected to the distribution network,this paper proposes a method of combining soft open point(SOP)and energy storage system(ESS)to optimize the active distribution network.Firstly,the principles of ESS and SOP are analyzed,and their models are built.Secondly,the ESS is added to the DC link of SOP to establish a time-sequence optimization model of active distribution network combining SOP and ESS,Since the model belongs to the mixed integer nonlinear optimization problem,this paper adopts the second-order cone programming algorithm to solve it.Finally,the optimization method proposed in this paper is analyzed and verified on the improved IEEE-33 node power distribution system,and furthermore,the optimization results of the combined SOP and ESS under different access locations are compared.The analysis of the example shows that the method proposed in this paper is beneficial to the absorption of high-permeability DG in the distribution network and can improve the system voltage level and reduce the system loss,so that it can improve the reliability and economy of the distribution network operation.
