摘要
微电网能量管理系统(microgridenergymanagement system,MGEMS)是保障微电网高效运行的基础,运行优化算法是MGEMS的核心。该文基于势博弈理论,提出一种完全分布式多目标运行优化算法以适应和支撑微电网开放性、智能性,尤其是个体自利、自治和即插即用的发展要求。通过将元件单元(包含负荷)作为独立的决策主体,根据不同类型的自利性目标建立多目标优化模型。引入势博弈,建立源–储–荷互动的分布式优化博弈模型。进一步,结合多目标粒子群算法(multi-objectiveparticleswarmoptimization,MOPSO)与约束支配原则,完成该模型的分布式迭代求解。仿真结果表明,微电网个体的自利性和智能性得以充分体现,经济性、环境性和满意度等多目标得以协调,分布式的个体利益与全局利益得以统一,验证了所提算法的可行性与有效性。
Microgrid energy management system(MGEMS)is the basis that guarantees efficient operation of microgrid,and operation optimization algorithm is the core of MGEMS.This paper presented a fully distributed multi-objective optimization algorithm for microgrid based on potential game to face the development tendency of intelligence and openness,especially self-interest,autonomy,and plug-and-play of individuals.The different component units(including load)were treated as independent decision-making entities,and build multi-objective optimization models according to various self-seeking objectives.By introducing potential game,a distributed optimization game model consisting of interaction among resources,storages,and loads was built.Further,by integrating MOPSO and constrained domination principle,a distributed iterative method was developed to solve this game model.Simulation results show that,the self-interest and intelligence of individuals are fully reflected;economic,environmental,and satisfaction goals are coordinated;distributed individual interests and global interests are unified.The feasibility and validity of the proposed algorithm are verified.
