摘要
[目的]分析耳穴压豆法在我国临床护理中的应用现状,为中医临床护理和科学研究提供经验和借鉴。[方法]计算机检索中国学术期刊全文数据库(CNKI)2000年1月—2018年12月所收录的有关耳穴压豆法的临床护理应用文献,对其年度、作者、期刊、基金资助、相关疾病和症状应用进行分析。[结果]共纳入文献896篇,分布于192种期刊,文献数量总体呈上升趋势,研究热点主要在疼痛、失眠和便秘。[结论]耳穴压豆法逐渐得到护理工作者的关注,相关研究文献量呈增长趋势,然而文献质量需要继续提高,研究内容有待拓展,需要争取更多的基金资助。
Objective:To analyze the application status quo of auricular point pressing with beanin clinical nursing in China,and provide experiences and reference for clinical nursing and scientific research of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:From January 2000 to December 2018,the literatures on clinical nursing application of auricular point pressing with bean were retrieved in the Chinese Academic Journal Full Text Database(CNKI),and their annuals,authors,journal,funds,related diseases and symptom applications were analyzed.Results:A total of 896 articles were included in 192 journals.The total number of documents was on the rise.The research hotspots were mainly pain,insomnia and constipation.Conclusions:The auricular point pressing with bean had gradually attracted the attention of nursing workers,and the related research literature volume was increasing.However,the quality of the literature needed to be continuously improved,the research,and more funds needed to be funded.
