摘要
目的探讨艾灸联合耳穴压豆在妇科微创腹腔镜术后患者护理中的应用效果.方法选取2020年8月-2021年8月于本院行妇科微创腹腔镜手术治疗的患者102例为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组,每组51例.对照组接受术后常规护理,研究组在此基础上接受艾灸联合耳穴压豆护理.比较两组患者的术后指标、术后不同时间段的疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS),以及术后恶心呕吐、腹痛、腹胀、肩痛的发生率.结果研究组的肛门排气时间、肠鸣音恢复时间、离床活动时间、住院时间均短于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组术后2 h的VAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组术后6、12、24、48 h的VAS评分均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组术后的恶心呕吐发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组术后的腹痛、腹胀、肩痛发生率均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论艾灸联合耳穴压豆在妇科微创腹腔镜术后患者护理中的应用效果显著,能够有效缓解患者术后疼痛,降低腹痛、腹胀、肩痛的发生率,促进康复进程,具有临床推广价值.
Objective To explore the application effect of moxibustion combined with auricular point pressing bean in gynecological minimally invasive laparoscopic postoperative nursing.Methods A total of 102 patients who received minimally invasive laparoscopic gynecological surgery in our hospital from August 2020 to August 2021 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into two groups according to the random number table,with 51 patients in each group.The control group received routine postoperative nursing,and the research group received moxibustion combined with auricular point pressing bean nursing on this basis.The postoperative indicators,visual analog scale(VAS)of pain at different postoperative time points,and the incidence of postoperative nausea and vomiting,abdominal pain,abdominal distention and shoulder pain were compared between the two groups.Results The anus exhaust time,bowel sound recovery time,out of bed activity time and hospital stay time in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the VAS score 2 h after surgery between the two groups(P>0.05);the VAS scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group at 6,12,24,48 h after operation,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of postoperative nausea and vomiting between the two groups(P>0.05);the incidences of abdominal pain,abdominal distension and shoulder pain in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Moxibustion combined with auricular point pressing bean has significant application effect in gynecological minimally invasive laparoscopic postoperative nursing,which can effectively relieve postoperative pain of patients,reduce the incidence of abdominal pain,abdominal distention and shoulder pain,and promote the rehabilitation process,which has clinical promotion value.
