摘要
通过分析森林草原防灭火综合指挥平台建设的总体需求,提出平台建设目标。结合现有资源和平台条件,描述了平台总体设计框架,旨在提升森林草原火灾预警水平和重特大森林草原火灾等紧急突发事件的指挥调度能力。
Through the analysis of the overall demand for constructing a comprehensive command platform for fire prevention and fighting in forests and grasslands,combined with the existing resources and platform conditions,the platform construction objectives were put forward,with the overall design framework of the platform described,with the aim to improve the level of forest and grassland fire early warning and the command and dispatch ability in case of emergency events such as major and extremely serious forest and grassland fires.
