甘肃省森林草原火灾风险评估与预警监测方法研究 被引量:3

摘要 甘肃省是中国西北部的重要生态区域,拥有丰富的森林和草原资源,但也面临着森林和草原火灾的严峻挑战。为了提高甘肃省的森林草原防火管理水平,本文对甘肃省的森林草原火灾风险评估与预警方法进行了研究。本文首先分析了甘肃省森林草原资源的概况和火灾的特点,然后指出了当前甘肃省森林草原火灾风险评估与预警监测存在的问题,主要包括监测手段不足、信息化水平低下、顶层设计不够完善等。本文接着提出了甘肃省森林草原火灾评估和风险预警的方法,主要包括数据的采集、分析、展示和交互四个方面,以及省级防火指挥平台、卫星遥感火情监测系统、无人机监控管理系统、视频监控系统、北斗巡护终端管理系统、林草防火监测巡护APP五个子系统。 Gansu Province is an important ecological region in northwest China,with rich forest and grassland resources,but also facing the severe challenge of forest and grassland fires.In order to improve the level of forest and grassland fire prevention and control in Gansu Province,this paper studies the methods of forest and grassland fire risk assessment and early warning in Gansu Province.This paper first analyzes the general situation and characteristics of forest and grassland resources and fires in Gansu Province,then points out the problems existing in the current forest and grassland fire risk assessment and early warning in Gansu Province,mainly including insufficient monitoring means,low level of informatization,and imperfect top-level design.This paper then proposes the methods of forest and grassland fire assessment and risk early warning in Gansu Province,mainly including four aspects of data collection,analysis,display and interaction,as well as five subsystems of command cockpit,satellite remote sensing fire monitoring system,drone monitoring management system,video surveillance system,Beidou patrol terminal management system,and forest and grassland fire monitoring patrol APP.
