摘要
目的:评价牛黄利咽丸治疗急喉痹肺胃实热证的有效性及安全性。方法:选择急喉痹肺胃实热证患者80例,采用随机、非盲、阳性药物对照的方法,分为观察组60例和对照组20例,观察组服用牛黄利咽丸,对照组服用蒲地蓝消炎片,5天为1个疗程,记录治疗前、后的症状体征积分及安全性评价指标,进行统计分析。结果:治疗后观察组愈显率91.7%(55/60),有效率98.3%(59/60);对照组愈显率65%(13/20),有效率90%(18/20)。观察组明显优于对照组;两组不良事件比较,差异无统计学意义。结论:牛黄利咽丸能够安全、有效的治疗急喉痹肺胃实热证。
Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Niuhuang Liyan Pill in the treatment of acute pharyngitis with the pattern of excess-heat in Lung and Stomach.Methods:80 patients met the inclusion criteria were randomized into the control group(n=20)and the observation group(n=60).The observation group was treated with Niuhuang Liyan Pill,whereas the control group was treated with Pudilan Xiaoyan Tablets.Five days was taken as a course of treatment.The scores of symptoms and signs were observed and the therapy safety was evaluated.Results:The remarkable effective rate was 91.7%(55/60)and the total effective rate was 98.3%(59/60),which was significantly higher than 65%(13/20)and 90%(18/20)correspondingly in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Niuhuang Liyan Pill is a safe and effective therapy for acute pharyngitis with the pattern of excess-heat in Lung and Stomach.
