摘要
装载机构是悬臂式掘进机的重要组成部分,其中铲板是作为主体结构。为保证掘进机的最佳装载性能,提出了掘进机装载机构铲板的一般设计原则,引出了铲板宽度范围等装料空间概念。介绍了由掘进机总体参数推定铲板参数方法,然后根据等装料空间原则推导了铲板表面夹角参数,最后根据箱形梁弯曲、扭转受力特点简单论述了铲板强度校核时应注意的几个问题。
Loading mechanism is an important part of the cantilever type roadheader,the scraper is the main structure.In order to ensure the optimum loading performance of the roadheader,the general design principle of the scraper of the loading mechanism of the roadheader has been put forward,and the concept of equivalent loading space such as the width range of the scraper has been introduced.The method of estimating the parameters of scraper from the overall parameters of roadheader has been introduced,and then the parameters of the angle between the scraper and the surface have been deduced according to the principle of equivalent loading space.Finally,according to the characteristics of bending and torsion of box girder,several problems in checking the strength of scraper have been briefly discussed.
