摘要
提出了罗茨鼓风机渐开线型转子型线的一种改进方法,并对改进后的转子面积利用系数、重合度等参数进行了分析。以一种罗茨增压器的转子为例,在不同压比条件下,对改进前后两种转子的排气压力和流量脉动进行了对比分析。分析表明,改进的转子型线在特定工作条件下具有优势,为这种型线的应用提供了理论依据。
An improved method for the involute profile type rotor in roots blower is pointed out and the parameters of improved rotor such as area coefficient and contact ratio are analyzed. Comparative analysis in discharge pressure and airflow pulsation of the two kinds of rotors before and after improvement is made under different pressure ratios with a kind of rotor in roots supercharger as an example. It is concluded that the improved rotor has advantages in specific circumstances, which provides a theoretical basis of the application of this kind of profile.
