摘要
为了提高堆垛机控制系统的效率,减少出错率,根据堆垛机所要实现的功能,设计出一套完整的出入库流程和出入库原则。以FX3U系列PLC为基础,针对自动化立体仓库的特点,搭建了堆垛机控制系统,完成了系统硬件和软件的设计,最终形成一套完整的控制系统设计方案。硬件设计中,不仅合理的选择了PLC、变频器等硬件设施,并且画出相应的硬件连接图和接线图。软件设计中,设计了一套完整的堆垛机控制系统工作流程图,并进行了控制程序的编程设计。经过实验的结果参数证明,与传统堆垛机控制系统相比,在满足运行过程中各种工况要求的条件下,该控制系统工作效率更高,同时安全性和稳定性也大大提高。因此该堆垛机控制系统在控制力、适用性、可靠性等方面都达到了较高的设计要求,具有很大的实用意义。
In order to improve the efficiency of the stacker control system and reduce the error rate,according to the functions to be realized by the stacker,a complete set of inbound and outbound processes and the principle of entering and leaving the warehouse are designed.Based on the FX3 U series PLC,the stacking machine control system was built for the characteristics of the automated three-dimensional warehouse.The design of the system hardware and software was completed,and a complete control system design was finally formed.In the hardware design,not only the hardware facilities such as PLC and inverter are selected reasonably,but also the corresponding hardware connection diagram and wiring diagram are drawn.In the software design,a complete flow chart of the stacker control system is designed,and the programming of the control program is designed.The experimental results show that compared with the traditional stacker control system,the control system has higher working efficiency and safety and stability under the conditions of meeting various working conditions in the running process.Therefore,the stacker control system has achieved high design requirements in terms of control force,applicability,reliability,etc.,and has great practical significance.
