摘要
针对自主研发的一款电动缸,用PLC及伺服驱动器进行程序设计,实现电动缸平台高、低速往复的定位运动。方法是借助FX3G-232-BD通信扩展板接收数据,在文件寄存器中建立数据表,并利用变址寄存器调用。动作编程时,只需修改数据,即可改变电动缸的定位功能,与程序无关。实验表明该方法简便快捷,便于数据的添加和更改,优化了程序结构。
A self-developed electric cylinder based on PLC and the servo driver was designed to realize high andlow speed reciprocating motion.Data can be received access FX3G-232-BD communication expansion board.Then adata sheet in data register is needed,which can be visited via the index register.When data is modified,the positioningfunction of electric cylinder is changed,which is nothing to do with the program.The experiment result shows that themethod is not only simple and efficient,but also easy to add and change the program.
