摘要
本文使用西门子CPU226CN继电器输出型PLC作为控制中枢,通过触摸屏对系统运行状态进行监视及控制,并使用伺服定位技术,设计制作了一套自动化立体仓库控制系统。设备运行结果表明,该控制系统运行稳定,能有效提高工作效率,减轻工人的劳动强度,具有很强的可行性。
This article, based on the Siemens CPU226CN relay output type PLC as the control center, managed to use the touch screen to monitor and control system operation. Then with the adoption of the servo positioning technology, the author designs a set of automated stereoscopic warehouse control systems. Stable performance of the control system shown as the running results which means effectively improving work efficiency and greatly reducing the labor intensity of workers, improved this control system has a strong feasibility.
