摘要
以观光木(Tsoongiodendrom odorum)幼苗为试材,采用完全随机处理方式,通过测定株高、地径、生物量(根、茎、叶)及根系指标,研究外源磷对铝胁迫下观光木幼苗生长方面的缓解作用。结果表明:在磷浓度定量时,施加铝处理组的各生长指标均低于未施加铝的处理组,其中50μmol/L磷浓度下最高;在无铝胁迫下,施加磷处理组的各生长指标均高于未施加磷的对照,同样在50μmol/L磷浓度下最高;在铝胁迫下,施加磷处理组的生长指标均高于未施加磷的处理组,也在50μmol/L磷浓度下最高;磷铝互作对观光木幼苗根叶生物量、总根表面积、根尖数有显著影响(P<0. 05);苗木质量评价表明,50μmol/L磷浓度下其苗木生质量最佳。综上所述,适当浓度的磷能够促进观光木幼苗的生长,且磷对铝胁迫下观光木幼苗的生长有显著的缓解作用,磷浓度为50μmol/L时,缓解铝胁迫效果最佳。
With Tsoongiodendron odorum seedlings as experimental objects,a completely random design was used for studying the alleviating effect of exogenous phosphorus on the seedling growth under aluminum(Al)stress by measuring the indexs of plant height,ground diameter,biomass(root,stem and leaves)and roots.The results showed that when the phosphorus concentration was quantitative,the seedling growth indexes of Al treated groups were lower than those of no Al group,and the highest ones could be obtained at the phosphorus(P)concentration of 50μmol/L.Under no Al stress,the growth indexes of phosphorus treated group were higher than those of no phosphorus treated group,and the highest ones were also obtained at the concentration of 50μmol/L of phosphorus.Under aluminum stress,the growth indexes of phosphorus treated group were higher than those of no phosphorus treated group,and they were the highest under 50μmol/L of phosphorus.P-Al interaction had significant effects on root and leaf biomass,total root surface area and root tip number(P<0.05).The evaluation results showed that the seedling quality was the best under the concentration of 50μmol/L of phosphorus.In conclusion,appropriate concentration of phosphorus could promote the growth of Tsoongiodendron odorum and significantly alleviate the effect of aluminum stress.When the phosphorus concentration was 50μmol/L,the effect of alleviating aluminum stress was the best.
