肠道菌群经肠-脑轴参与多囊卵巢综合征发病机制的研究进展 被引量:14

摘要 多囊卵巢综合征主要以排卵障碍、高雄激素血症及卵巢多囊样改变为特征的一种内分泌紊乱性疾病。目前关于多囊卵巢综合征的发病机制尚不清楚,但近年的研究发现肠道菌群与多囊卵巢综合征之间存在密切联系,肠道菌群可能经肠-脑轴参与该疾病的发病。本文主要针对近年来肠道菌群在多囊卵巢综合征中的相关研究,对肠-脑轴参与多囊卵巢综合征发病机制进行综述。 Polycystic ovary syndrome is an endocrine disorder characterized by ovulation disorders,hyperandrogenemia,and polycystic ovarian changes.At present,the pathogenesis of polycystic ovary syndrome is unclear,but recent studies have found that there is closely associated between the gut microbiota and polycystic ovary syndrome.The gut microbiota may be involved in the pathogenesis of the disease through the gut⁃brain axis.This article focuses on the research of gut microbiota in polycystic ovary syndrome in recent years,and reviews the intestinal⁃brain axis involvement in the pathogenesis of polycystic ovary syndrome.
