中药复方制剂对雏鸡生产性能、肠道结构及微生物菌群的影响 被引量:10

Effects of Chinese Herbal Compound Preparation on Growth Performance, Intestinal Structure and Microbial Flora of Chicks

摘要 本试验旨在研究清热解毒、健脾理气功效为主的中药复方制剂对雏鸡生长性能、肠道黏膜形态和肠道菌群的影响。选择120只健康的1日龄五华三黄鸡,随机分为3组,每组4个重复,每个重复10只。对照组饲喂基础日粮组,抗生素组在基础日粮中添加0.4%氟哌酸,中药组按1 g/kg体重将中药复方制剂的汤剂添加到半天的饮水中,采用舍内笼养,试验期42 d。结果表明:与对照组相比,中药复方制剂组能显著提高雏鸡日增量、日采食量,同时显著降低耗料增重比;中药复方制剂组雏鸡空肠隐窝深度较对照组显著降低,绒毛高度/隐窝深度显著增大,盲肠段微生物的多样性ACE、Shannon指数均显著高于对照组,中药复方制剂使鸡盲肠内Torques_group、粪杆菌属、肠杆菌属、乳杆菌属等菌属的丰度比例发生显著性变化,显著提高了有益菌乳杆菌属的丰度比例。由此可见,饲料中添加中药复方制剂可以改善育雏期鸡的生长性能、肠道发育,维持肠道微生物群落的多样性,保护肠道微生态平衡。 The experiment was conducted to study the effects of the compound formula of Chinese medicine compound preparation on the growth performance, intestinal structure and intestinal flora of chicks during the breeding period. A total of 120 healthy Wuhua yellow chickens with similar weight were randomly divided into 3 groups, basal diet group as the control group, basal+antibiotic group and basal diet+Chinese medicine compound preparation group. All the chicks were housed in cages for 42 days. The results showed that compared with the control group, the addition of traditional Chinese medicine compound preparation to the diet could significantly increase the daily increment and daily feed intake of the chick, while reducing the feed-to-weight ratio(P<0.05). The jejuna crypt depth of the chicks treated with Chinese herbal medicine compound preparation was decreased, while the villus height/crypt depth was significantly higher than that of control group and antibiotic group. Meanwhile the diversity of ACE and shannon indices of the cecal segment were significantly higher than that of control group. At the genus classification level, the Chinese herbal medicine compound preparation made the abundance of the genus torques_group, Faecalibacterium, Enterobacter, Lactobacillus and other bacteria in the intestinal tract of the chicken significantly changed in the proportion(P<0.05), especially the most significant was to significantly increase the abundance ratio of beneficial bacteria Lactobacillus to protect intestinal micro ecological balance. Overall, the experimental results can indicate that the addition of Chinese herbal medicine compound preparation to the feed can improve the growth performance, intestinal development and maintain the diversity of intestinal micro flora in the brooding period.
