中药复方对黄羽肉鸡生长性能、器官指数和空肠菌群的影响

Effect of Chinese herbal medicine powder on growth performance,organ indexes and jejunal microbiota of yellow-feathered broilers

摘要 旨在研究中药复方(苦参、百草霜、伏龙肝)对黄羽肉鸡生长性能、器官指数及生长过程中空肠微生物菌群变化的影响。选取1日龄快大型黄羽肉鸡180只,按体质量(BW)随机分为2个组,每组6个重复,每个重复15羽,对照组(CON组)饲喂基础日粮,试验组(CHM组)在基础日粮中添加中药复方(1 g/kg),试验期42 d。采集1,14,28和42日龄肉鸡组织器官和空肠内容物,计算器官指数,分析空肠微生物菌群多样性的变化及其代谢途径差异性。结果表明:CHM组显著提高29-42日龄和1-42日龄肉鸡的BW、平均日增质量(ADG),显著降低F/G(P<0.05)。CHM组显著提高14 d肉鸡肝脏和肾脏指数,28 d胸腺指数以及28和42 d法氏囊指数(P<0.05)。CHM组在14 d的Chao 1、Observed species和Shannon指数显著高于CON组(P<0.05)。CHM组在14 d对软壁菌门(Tenericutes)、在42 d对拟杆菌门(Bacteroidetes)和蓝细菌门(Cyanobacteria)的丰度显著升高,在14 d对糖杆菌门(TM7)丰度显著降低(P<0.05)。CHM组在14 d肠杆菌(Enterococcus)丰度显著降低,在28 d梭菌科梭菌属(Clostridiaceae_Clostridium)的丰度显著升高(P<0.05)。CHM组显著促进次生代谢物的生物合成(类黄酮生物合成)、氨基酸代谢(丙氨酸、天冬氨酸和谷氨酸代谢的生物合成)和消化系统(蛋白质消化和吸收)途径的富集(P<0.05)。综上,中药复方可以提高肉鸡的生长性能,降低料肉比以及提高器官指数,同时能改变早期空肠微生物菌群的多样性和丰富度,并在营养物质的代谢中发挥作用。 This study aims to determine the effects of Chinese herbal compound(CHM)(Radix Sophorae Flavescentis,plant soot,Terra Flavausta)on the growth performance,organ indexes and jejunal microbiota of yellow-feathered broilers.A total of 1801-day-old yellow-feathered broilers were randomly assigned to 2 groups with 6 replicates per group and 15 birds per replicate.Broilers were fed with a basal diet(CON group),the basal diet supplemented with 1 mg/kg CHM(CHM group)for 42 d.The tissue organs and jejunal contents were collected on day 1,day 14,day 28,and day 42,and the organ indexes were measured.16S rRNA gene sequencing was used to investigate the differences in the jejunal microbiota of broilers between the two groups.The results showed as follows:the BW and ADG increased in the CHM group,and F/G decreased from day 29 to day 42 and day 1 to day 42(P<0.05);the liver and kidney index on day 14,thymus index on day 28,bursa index on day 28 and day 42 were significantly higher in the CHM group compared with the CON group(P<0.05);the Chao 1,observed species and Shannon index increased sharply in the CHM group on day 14(P<0.05);the abundances of phyla Tenericutes on day 14,phyla Bacteroidetes and Cyanobacteria on day 42 significantly increased in the CHM group,while phyla TM7significantly decreased on day 14(P<0.05);the abundances of genus Enterococcus in CHM group significantly decreased on day 14,while genus Clostridiaceae Clostridium significantly increased on day 28(P<0.05);the pathways of biosynthesis of other secondary metabolites(flavonoid biosynthesis),amino acid metabolism(alanine,aspartate and glutamate metabolism),and digestive system(protein digestion and absorption)in the CHM group were significantly enriched when compared with the CON group(P<0.05).In summary,CHM may significantly improve the growth performance,reduce the F/G,increase the organ index,while promote the richness and diversity of the jejunal microbiota in the early stages,and play an important role in the nutrient metabolism of broilers.
