摘要
目的:分析基于根本原因分析法的护理安全管理在临床护理管理工作中的应用效果。方法:选取2016年1月至2017年12月为研究时间段,将2016年1~12月河南省人民医院收治的患者17629例作为对照组,2017年1~12月收治的患者18703例为观察组。对照组予以常规护理管理,观察组于护理管理过程中采用基于根本原因分析法的护理安全管理,以根本原因分析法分析产生护理不良事件的原因并拟定相应对策。比较两组护理不良事件的发生率、护理满意度,并比较两组护理人员的护理质量评分及对工作的认可度。结果:观察组干预后管路滑脱、跌倒/坠床、压疮、给药错误等护理不良事件发生率均低于对照组;观察组干预后对病房环境、健康教育、病房巡视及护理人员的服务及时性、服务态度、护理技能等方面的满意度评分高于对照组;经干预,观察组护理人员的岗位职责、护士素质、护理文书书写规范性、操作技术、沟通能力等护理质量评分均高于对照组;经干预,观察组护理人员对工作环境、职业价值、护理纠纷、排班制度、科室管理等方面的认可度评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:在临床护理管理工作中采用基于根本原因分析法的护理安全管理能显著减少护理不良事件发生,提升护理人员的护理质量及对工作的认可度,提高患者的护理满意度。
Objective To analyze the effect of nursing safety management based on root cause analysis in clinical nursing management.Methods During the study period from January 2016 to December 2017,17629 patients admitted from January to December 2016 were selected as the control group,and 18703 patients admitted from January to December 2017 were selected as the observation group.The control group received routine nursing management,while the observation group adopted the nursing safety management based on the root cause analysis method in the nursing management process.The root cause analysis method was used to analyze the causes of adverse nursing events and formulate corresponding countermeasures.The incidence of adverse events,nursing satisfaction,nursing quality score and job recognition were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the incidence of pipeline slippage,fall/fall bed,pressure ulcers,medication delivery errors and other nursing adverse events in the observation group were lower than those in the control group.After intervention,the satisfaction score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group in terms of the ward environment,health education,service timeliness of ward patrol and nursing staff,service attitude and nursing skills.After the intervention,observation group of nurses'responsibility,nurse diathesis,nursing documents writing standardization,operation technology,the communication ability and so on nursing quality grading,nursing staff to work environment,career value,nursing disputes,scheduling system,department management recognition score were higher than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions In clinical nursing management,nursing safety management based on root cause analysis can significantly reduce the occurrence of adverse nursing events,improve the nursing quality of nursing staff and recognition of work,and lift the nursing satisfaction of patients.
