摘要
汽轮机油工作环境恶劣,油质指标下降速度快,严重威胁机组的安全稳定运行。漆膜倾向指数是评价油品生成油泥漆膜的趋势,数值越大,越容易在设备上形成漆膜。文章通过实验,筛选出合适的滤材,降低漆膜倾向指数、色度显著。对解决火电厂汽轮机油漆膜倾向指数、色度超标有着重要意义。
The turbine oil is used in a harsh environment where the oil quality index deteriorates quickly,posing serious threatens to the safe and stable operation of the unit.The paint film tendency index is to evaluate the tendency of oil products to generate sludge paint film.The larger the value,the easier it is to form paint film on the equipment.Through experiments,this paper screened out suitable filter materials,reduced the paint film tendency index and the chromaticity remarkably.It is of great significance to solve the problem of having out-of-specification(OOS)turbine oil paint film tendency index and chromaticity results in thermal power plants.
