摘要
加强高校安全文化建设可有效降低校内事故风险,改善校园安全环境。针对大学校园安全文化建设过程中存在的问题,提出了ANP-SWOT综合分析模型。该模型运用态势分析法(即SWOT分析法)全面分析了大学校园安全文化建设过程中存在的内外部环境影响因素,并采用网络层次分析法(ANP)设计了能够准确反映内外部环境影响因素之间关系的网络层次结构,由此确定具有关联性的影响因素权重,进而对大学校园安全文化建设优化方案作出选择。结果表明:安全理论知识学习与安全技能实践脱离、学生缺乏有效的安全心理辅导、日常安全工作管理滞后是影响校园安全文化建设的关键因素;大学校园安全文化建设最优方案为WO方案。
Strengthening the construction of safety culture in colleges and universities can effectively reduce the risk of accidents and improve the safety environment of the campus.This paper proposes ANP-SWOT model to solve the problems in the process of university campus safety culture construction.Firstly,the model adopts the situation analysis(i.e.Strengths Weaknesses Opportunities Threats analysis,SWOT analysis)method to analyze the internal and external environmental factors in safety culture construction of university campus comprehensively.Secondly,the model applies Analytic Network Process(ANP)to designing a network hierachical structure,which can reflect accurately the relationship between internal and external environmental factors to determinie the weights of influencing factors with relevance,and choose the optimal scheme of the campus safety culture construction.The results show that the separation of safety theory knowledge learning and safety skills practice,the lack of effective safety psychological counseling for students,and the lag of daily safety work management are the key factors affecting the construction of campus safety culture.The optimal scheme for university campus safety culture construction is WO scheme.
