摘要
[目的]探讨老年子宫脱垂病人心理压力、心理弹性与心理健康的相关性,旨在减轻老年子宫脱垂病人心理压力,提高其心理健康水平。[方法]使用中文版知觉压力量表、心理弹性量表和一般健康量表对304例老年子宫脱垂病人进行调查。[结果]老年子宫脱垂病人心理压力得分为(52.34±8.46)分,心理弹性得分为(56.72±13.34)分,心理健康得分为(33.18±7.36)分;心理弹性与心理压力、心理健康呈负相关(P<0.01),心理压力与心理健康呈正相关(P<0.01);心理弹性作为中介变量,使心理压力对心理健康的预测效应从0.503下降到0.297。结构方程模型验证性分析证实心理弹性作为中介变量能够使心理压力对心理健康的影响从0.53下降到0.23。[结论]老年子宫脱垂病人心理健康状况总体较差,护理人员应有针对性地对病人进行心理干预,改善其心理健康状况。
Objective:To probe into the correlations between mental stress,mental resilience and mental health in the elderly patients with uterine prolapse,in order to reduce mental stress and improve mental health status among the elderly patients with uterine prolapse.Methods:The Chinese version of perceived stress scale,mental resilience scale and general health scale were used to take an investigation among the 304 elderly patients with uterine prolapse.Results:The scores of mental stress,mental resilience and mental health were 52.34±8.46,56.72±13.34 and 33.18±7.36 respectively.Mental resilience was negatively correlated with mental stress and mental health(P<0.01).While mental stress was positively correlated with mental health(P<0.01).As a mediating variate,mental resilience could make the predictive effect of mental stress on mental health decreased from 0.503 to 0.297.Confirmatory analysis of structural equation model verified that mental resilience as a mediating variate,could make the influence of mental stress on mental health reduced from 0.53 to 0.23.Conclusion:The mental health status of the elderly patients with uterine prolapse was generally poor.And the nursing staff should carry out targeted mental intervention,so as to improve mental health status of the patients.
