摘要
目的 研究正念减压训练对护士知觉压力、负性情绪和心理幸福感的影响.方法 2019年3-8月,便利抽样法选取104名护士为研究对象,分为正念训练组(n=51)和对照组(n=53).训练组接受6周正念减压训练,对照组不接受任何训练.干预前及干预后采用五因素正念量表、知觉压力量表、状态焦虑量表、流调用抑郁自评量表和Ryff心理幸福感量表对两组护士进行测试.结果 干预前,护士的正念水平与知觉压力、状态焦虑、抑郁呈负相关(P<0.01),与心理幸福感呈正相关(P<0.01);知觉压力与状态焦虑、抑郁呈正相关(P<0.01),与心理幸福感呈负相关(P<0.01);且两组护士各项评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).干预后,训练组的正念水平、心理幸福感提高(P<0.05),知觉压力、状态焦虑、抑郁降低(P<0.05),与对照组比较,正念水平、状态焦虑、心理幸福感评分差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05);但干预后对照组各量表得分与干预前相比,差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05).结论 正念减压训练提升了护士的正念水平和心理幸福感,缓解知觉压力、负性情绪,对维护其心理健康具有重要价值.
Objective To investigate the effects of mindfulness-based stress reduction(MBSR) on perceived stress,negative emotion and psychological well-being in nurses.Methods From March to August 2019,104 nurses were selected by convenience sampling method,and randomly divided into the mindfulness training group(n=51) and control group(n=53).Participants in the training group received a 6-week mindfulness training,while participants in the control group did not receive any training.Before and after training,Five Facet Mindfulness Questionnaire-Chinese Version,Perceived Stress Scale,State Anxiety Inventory,Center for Epidemiological Survey-Depression Scale,and Chinese Version of Ryff’s Scales of Psychological Well-being were used to test both groups.Results Before training,nurses’ mindfulness level was negatively correlated with perceived stress,state anxiety,depression(P<0.01),positively correlated with psychological wellbeing(P<0.01);perceived stress was positively correlated with state anxiety and depression(P<0.01),and negatively correlated with psychological wellbeing(P<0.01);and there was no significant difference in scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After training,the level of mindfulness and psychological wellbeing in the training group were increased(P<0.05),and the level of perceived pressure,state anxiety and depression were decreased(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the level of mindfulness,state anxiety and psychological well-being scores were statistically significant(all P<0.05), but the scores of each scale in the intervention group were not statistically significant(all P>0.05).Conclusions MBSR training can significantly improve mindfulness level and psychological well-being and alleviate perceived stress, negative emotion,and it plays an important role in maintaining the mental health of nurses.
