摘要
介绍螺纹紧固的原理,说明摩擦系数对紧固的影响,并阐述高精度拧紧设备和拧紧过程的分步控制方法。通过工具和方法的合理运用,实现了对整个拧紧过程的监控。结合输出的监控数据和曲线,技术人员可对拧紧过程中的问题开展分析。同时,该控制方法在汽车制造业的成功应用也可为其他行业的紧固提供指导。
Introduced the principle of thread fastening.Explained the effect of friction coefficient on fastening.This paper introduces the high precision tightening equipment and the stepby-step control method of the tightening process.Through the reasonable use of tools and methods,the whole tightening process is monitored.Combined with the output monitoring data and curves,technicians can analyze the problems in the tightening process.At the same time,the successful application of the control method in automobile manufacturing industry can also provide guidance for other industries.
