摘要
针对某型汽车装配过程中出现的螺栓断裂问题,利用有限元法分析了当受到扭转载荷时,螺栓应力分布。结果表明,螺栓的预紧应力接近材料的断裂强度。因此,可以推测这种型号汽车螺栓在设计时,是以断裂强度作为极限应力。对于汽车螺栓这种数量多的非关键零件,利用三维设计软件自带的有限元模块做力学分析,是一种简便和快捷的方法,能够满足一般的强度校核要求。
Stress distribution of a type of automobile bolt under torsional load was analyzed by finite element method,aiming to solve the problem of bolt break during automobile assembly.The results suggest that the stress is close to the breaking strength.Therefore,the authors conclude that the breaking strength is taken as the strength limit in designing the automobile bolts.The authors also consider that the finite element analysis module attached to 3-D design software is an easy and fast approach of mechanical design for the large number of non-critical parts like automobile bolts,which can meet the common requirements for strength analysis.
