摘要
涡轮泵装配工艺是发动机制造过程中的重要环节,精确控制涡轮泵轴系压紧力是提高系统运行稳定性的关键。针对原装配工艺缺陷,为减小人为误差,精确控制轴系压紧力,设计了涡轮泵轴系自动拧紧装置。介绍了涡轮泵轴系自动拧紧装置的总体结构,分析了控制系统。通过拧紧试验确认涡轮泵轴系自动拧紧装置可以提高拧紧精度,减小人为误差。
The assembly process of turbopump is an important link in the engine manufacturing process,and precise control of the compression force of the turbopump shaft system is the key to improving the stability of system operation.In response to the defect in the original manufacturing process,an automatic tightening device for the turbopump shaft system had been designed to reduce human error and accurately control the compression force of the shaft system.The overall structure of the automatic tightening device for the turbopump shaft system was introduced,and the control system was analyzed.Through tightening test,it has been confirmed that the automatic tightening device for the turbopump shaft system can improve tightening accuracy and reduce human error.
